About
Jenny Tang currently works between Beijing and Hong Kong. She graduated from the Affiliated High School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in China in 2010 and from the Printmaking Department of the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University in China in 2014. From 2014 to 2023, she pursued further studies at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany and Central Saint Martins in the UK. Her works have been exhibited at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, the 798 Art Gallery in Beijing, the Shanghai International Children's Book Fair, the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany, and Los Angeles in the United States. Her personal works have been collected, published, and acquired by the Central Academy of Fine Arts High School, the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University, and private collectors.
In January 2025, she was invited to join the Asian Art Association Singapore (Traditional Painting).

In June 2014, the printmaking exhibition *Collective Departure* was held at the Zero Space in the 798 Art District, where *New Corn*, *Seed*, and *Still Life* were collected by individuals; the intaglio prints *Shuo*, *New Corn*, *Seed*, *Red Gull*, *Still Life*, and *Ying*, as well as the watercolor *Fangfang*, were collected by individuals and the Printmaking Studio of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University
In August 2014, the group exhibition “HAW Hamburg PENTIMENT” was held in Hamburg, Germany.
In October 2014, the group exhibition showcasing the exchange results from the visit to HAW Hamburg School PENTIMENT was held at the “May 17th Space” of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University in Beijing.
In December 2014, the 5th “Bible - Love” themed exhibition was held at the 798 Art District and galleries in Beijing. “Ying”

In 2018, the silkscreen print “Tsinghua Old Building” was collected by the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University
In 2018, the silkscreen prints “Tsinghua Old Building” and ‘Ying’ were collected by the “Printmaking Campus Tour Project Group” of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University
In 2020, it was featured in the online exhibition “QUARANTINED VISIONS: PART ONE (CHINA)” by the Los Angeles Contemporary Art Magazine in the United States.
In 2023, it won the Hans Christian Andersen International Art Award.
In 2024, “The Fusion and Innovation of Printmaking” was included in “Art Exchange,” a ministerial-level core art journal and a national first-class large-scale art education journal supervised by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China and hosted by the China Cultural News Publishing House.
