We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with the following roles:

· On-site Coordination for Art Competitions and Exhibitions: Assist with venue setup, registration, guest reception, and event execution.

· Multilingual Communication and Translation Support: Help communicate with artists and judges from different countries (especially if you speak Chinese, English, Malay, Thai, Japanese, etc.).

· Digital Promotion and Social Media Support: Assist in writing event reports, managing social media accounts, and capturing/editing event photos or videos.

· Support for Public Welfare and Education Projects: Assist with conducting art workshops and charity classes in local schools and refugee communities.

· Administrative and Project Execution Support: Help with daily operations, including data organization, application reviews, and competition follow-ups.

· Official service certificates and recommendation letters (for those with outstanding performance)
· Priority access to the association's important international projects and exchange opportunities
· Contact with artists and cultural workers from all over the world
· Participate in first-line practice in the art industry, and enhance communication and execution skills

· Individuals aged 10 and above, with strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and reliability (for minors, written consent from a guardian is required)
· Interested in art, education and cultural management
· Able to participate in the association's projects or activities held in Singapore (either online or offline)
