Celiya Zhong (Zhong Siyuan) was born in China in 1997, moved to Singapore in 2019 and co-founded ACE DANCE SINGAPORE in May 2024 as a dance studio. As a professional belly dance teacher, she is deeply inspired by the traditional Middle Eastern dance form, Belly Dance (also known as Oriental Dance or Arabian Dance), adhering to the significance of this dance form's long history and cultural heritage. For her, belly dance is not just a form of dance, but also a love of life and the blossoming of her dreams, which is like a light in her life that illuminates her path forward.

In January 2025, she was invited to join the Asian Art Association Singapore (Traditional Dance).
